1. Our Shipping Commitment

At The Herbals Ayurveda, we are dedicated to delivering our pure and authentic wellness products to you in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Every product is packaged with care in premium containers and shipped via our reliable logistics network to protect the natural goodness of our single-origin Ayurvedic herbs.

2. Coverage & Locations

We ship our Ayurvedic remedies and wellness powders to major pin codes across India. From metro cities to rural districts, we strive to reach every customer. If your location is not serviceable by our standard courier partners, we will reach out to find an alternative dispatch route or issue a full refund immediately.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India with no minimum cart value!
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: For COD orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹60 is charged to cover secure collections processed by our logistics partners. There are no additional fees for prepaid online orders.

4. Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Jaipur warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
  • State Capitals & Major Towns: 3 to 5 business days
  • Rest of India (Remote Areas): 5 to 7 business days

* Please note that unexpected weather conditions, public holidays, or local restrictions might occasionally cause slight delivery delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, we will automatically send you an email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can easily track the status of your parcel on our partner's tracking portal or directly from your account page in the "My Orders" tab.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times before returning it to our warehouse. A package may fail to deliver due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Consignee unavailable or door locked during delivery attempts.
  • Incorrect phone number or unreachable contact information.

If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO), our customer care team will get in touch with you immediately to coordinate a re-delivery.
