Store the powders in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pouches tightly sealed or transfer the contents to an airtight container to maintain freshness and potency.
Our products are generally safe for all types. However, since they are potent natural herbs, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 days for other regions across India.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order in the 'My Account' section on our website.
Payments & Returns
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking via our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders to ensure contactless delivery and faster processing. Prepaid orders also receive priority shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
