1. Our Quality Assurance

At The Herbals Ayurveda, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality, purity, and authenticity of our natural products. Every powder and tablet is produced under strict quality control. Because our products are natural Ayurvedic wellness and health supplements, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy in the interest of safety and hygiene.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped from our Jaipur warehouse.

  • Pre-Shipment: To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at care@theherbalsayurveda.com or connect with us on our WhatsApp chat link. Once approved, prepaid order refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Post-Shipment: Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, cancellations are not possible. You may refuse the delivery when the courier attempts to deliver it.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free **7-day return window** from the date of delivery. Due to the personal care and health nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are strictly accepted only under the following situations:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Damaged or leaking packaging received
  • Defective or expired products delivered
  • Incomplete order or incorrect items sent
  • Unopened products with original seals intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been unsealed or opened
  • Supplements that have been partially used or consumed
  • Items missing their original packaging/tags
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

4. Return Process Steps

To return an eligible item, please follow this simple process:

  1. Raise a Request: Take a clear photo or short video of the product highlighting the damage, leakage, or incorrect item, and email it to care@theherbalsayurveda.com along with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Verification: Our backend quality control team will review your photos/videos within 24 hours.
  3. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your original delivery address free of charge. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickups, we will guide you on self-shipping the package, and the shipping costs will be fully reimbursed to you.

5. Refunds & Reimbursements

Upon receiving your returned package, it will be inspected by our warehouse staff. Once verified:

  • Replacement: If you requested a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product, we will dispatch a brand-new package immediately at no extra cost.
  • Prepaid Orders Refund: The refund will be credited directly back to the original source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) used to make the payment within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund: Since cash collections are handled by courier agents, COD refunds require your bank details (Account Holder Name, Bank Account Number, and IFSC Code) or UPI ID. Our customer support team will contact you to securely gather these details, and the refund will be credited via IMPS/UPI transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
